玩具安全：加拿大鄰苯二甲酸鹽法規(guī)2011年6月開(kāi)始實(shí)施
時(shí)間：2011-09-22 作者：admin 瀏覽：3930 [ 返回 ]加拿大《危險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品法》(鄰苯二甲酸鹽)附錄I的修訂版及其新的法規(guī)條款已于2010年12月10日生效，具體實(shí)施日期為2011年6月10日。該法規(guī)旨在禁止在加拿大銷售、進(jìn)口和廣告推廣鄰苯二甲酸鹽含量超標(biāo)的玩具和兒童護(hù)理產(chǎn)品。
The amendment of Schedule I to the Hazardous Products Act (Phthalates) and its new regulation have been effective on Dec 10, 2010 and come into force on Jun 10, 2011. The objective of the Phthalates Regulations is to restrict the sale, importation and advertisement in Canada of children's toys and child care articles that contains over-limit phthalates.
